個人情報の取扱について

奥伊勢フォレストピア（以下「当施設」といいます。）は、個人情報保護の重要性を認識し、お客様からお預かりした個人情報の取り扱いについては、個人情報保護に関する法律を遵守し、安全に十分配慮し適正に行います。その取り扱いは以下のとおりです。

1.個人情報の使用について

お客様の個人情報は、以下の利用目的のために使用いたします。

  • ご宿泊、お食事などの各種サービス提供のため
  • ご予約、お申し込みなどの確認のため
  • お客様への当社からの連絡のため
  • お客様のお問い合わせに対するご返信のため
  • 当施設からのイベント、新商品プランなどのご案内送付のため
    （ご了承をいただいたお客様にのみご案内いたします。）

2.個人情報の第三者への提供について

当施設は、お客様の個人情報をあらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく、第三者に提供いたしません。
ただし、以下の場合を除きます。

  • 急病や、おケガの手当てなど緊急を要し、お客様のご了承をいただくことが困難な場合
  • 他の観光施設のご予約手配などお客様からのご依頼があった場合
  • お客様がご利用になった旅行会社の窓口に報告が必要な場合
  • お客様がご利用になった助成券等の発行者に報告が必要な場合
  • 法令に基づく提供要求があった場合

3.個人情報の第三者への提供について

  • 適正な保管利用方法に基づき安全に管理いたします。
  • 個人情報の外部への持ち出しや送信を禁止し、漏洩防止策を講じます。

4.個人情報の開示、停止、訂正について

お客様が、ご本人の個人情報を開示、訂正、削除を希望され、かつご本人がその権利を有していることを確認した場合は速やかに対応させていただきます。

Your Personal Information We Collect

Okuise Forestpia respects your right under applicable laws and regulations to access, correct, and/or request limitations on our use, or the deletion, of all or any portion of your personal information and data collected. We also take steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is accurate, as set forth herein.

1. How We Use Your Information

We may collect and use your Personal Information in order to:

  • provide hotel accommodation and other goods and services (e.g., restaurant, attraction and transportation transactions);
  • confirm your information
  • contact you with information and notices related to your use of our facility
  • respond to your inquiries
  • conduct marketing and sales promotions and serve targeted advertising for products, services, events, or promotions you might be interested in
    (We do not use your personal information for our marketing purposes without your consent.)

2. Disclosures of Your Personal Information

A transfer of your personal information to third parties does not take place except under the following circumstances:

  • to assist in protecting the health and safety of Okuise Forestpia guests in case of emergencies
  • to meet your request to transfer your personal information to third parties
  • to meet a request from your travel agent
  • to provide your personal information to your subsidy providers
  • to meet a request from a third party under applicable laws

3. Disclosures of Your Personal Information

  • We take precautions to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.
  • We take precautions to protect your personal information against information leaks.

4. Disclosures, Removal and Correction of Your Personal Information

You may request to disclose or/and correct or/and remove your personal information. After verification of identity you have those rights, we take steps to respond to your requests promptly.
